Filippo Maria Arcaleni is an Associate at DF Advocates, co-leading the Aviation Department of the firm and acting also as Head of Business Development.

He supports the Malta Business Aviation Association, sitting on the board as a Director of Communication and Public Relationship. Moreover, at European level, within the European Business Aviation Association, he covers the role of Vice Chair of the Aviation Lawyers Committee.

He is an expert in international contract law and negotiation, with a solid background in corporate and commercial law, technology law, aviation law and shipping law.

In his role, he provides support to companies in various strategic aspects of their daily activities and plans, making sure they are compliant with the relevant regulations.

He is a fully qualified as Italian lawyer, Spanish lawyer member of the Madrid Chamber of Advocates and is recognized as a Legal Professional under the Maltese Jurisdiction.
